1. Registration
By registering, the team captain confirms that the information provided is accurate and that every listed player agrees to take part and to have their information used as described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Entry fees
For paid tournaments, registration is confirmed only after GGE staff verify the payment. [State your refund policy, e.g. whether fees are refunded if a team withdraws or a tournament is cancelled.]
3. Approval
GGE may approve, waitlist or reject any registration, for example if slots are full, details are incorrect, a payment cannot be verified, or rules are broken.
4. Conduct and rules
Teams must follow the tournament rules and the general rules published on this website. Cheating, use of unauthorized software, account sharing not allowed by the rules, or abusive behaviour can lead to disqualification [and forfeiture of prizes].
5. Prizes
Prize amounts and how they are paid are stated on each tournament page. [Add how and when prizes are paid.]
6. Changes
GGE may change schedules, formats or these terms when necessary and will announce changes on this website or our official channels.
